Piz da L'Ander

Corvara is easy to reach by car, thanks to its close proximity to the main transport links. There are several recharging stations for electric cars and petrol stations in town. We suggest you fit suitable tyres on your car when travelling to Alta Badia in the winter.

• FROM THE NORTH - Take the A22 - the Brennero Motorway - and exit at Varna Bressanone. Continue along the SS49 main road towards Brunico and when you get to the crossroads for San Lorenzo, turn right along the SS244 towards Val Badia.
• FROM THE SOUTH - Take the A27 motorway to Belluno, exit and take the SS51 to Cortina d’Ampezzo. Go through the beautiful Falzarego and Valparola passes and you will get to Corvara.
• FROM THE EAST - If you are coming from Lienz or Austria, we suggest you take the main road to Brunico via San Candido. At the crossroads for San Lorenzo, turn left and take the SS244 main road to Val Badia.
