Below are the prices and terms and conditions of your stay at our hotel garni in the Dolomites of Alta Badia. Check out our offers!

  • The prices of the rooms are per person per day for a minimum of 4 nights and include a generous breakfast buffet.
  • The prices of the apartments are per day and include bed linen and towels.
  • There will be an additional charge for stays of fewer than 4 nights.
  • From 01.01.2018, all guests over the age of 14 must pay a tourist tax of €1.40 per day. This is paid at the Garnì.
  • All rooms and apartments have a shower or bathroom, WC, LCD satellite TV, safe and balcony.
  • Check-in is from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please contact us if you will be arriving after 9.00 pm.
  • A deposit of €100.00 for rooms and €150.00 for apartments is required to secure bookings.
  • Deposits are not refunded if bookings are cancelled (art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code).
  • If you arrive late or depart early, the total cost of the stay will be charged.
  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival. From 21 to 7 days before arrival the deposit will be retained, from 7 to 3 days 50% will be charged and after that the full amount of the booking.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or the apartments.
  • We accept BANCOMAT and CREDIT CARDS.
  • Free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
  • Extra charge for the skibus which stops 10 m from our Garnì (on request):
    • 1 day: €3.50
    • 3 days: €6.00
    • 7 days: €7.50
    • Children under the age of 14 free

Spring skiing offer 16.03.2024 - end of season

Skiers who book at least 7 nights’ accommodation from 16.03.2024 to the end of the season in one of the establishments which is part of the promotion, will get one day’s free accommodation.

The following discounts apply
* Accommodation: 7 nights for the price of 6
* Ski pass: 6 days for the price of 5
* Ski school and equipment rental (skis and snowboards) at special prices.

Conditions
- Valid for accommodation for at least 7 nights from 16.03.2024.
- Valid for ski passes for at least 6 days from 17.03.2024.

The offer is only valid at establishments which are part of the promotion and it cannot be combined with other promotions.
To get your free day ski pass, ask for a voucher where you are staying (if it is part of the promotion). This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

- Prices given refer to standard accommodation. Please contact the individual establishments for other kinds of accommodation. All guests (except children under the age of 14) must pay a tourist tax per person per day (including the free night).

Early season skiing offer: 4 days for the price of 3
From the beginning of the season to 23.12.2023

If you book a skiing holiday at the beginning of the winter season, you’ll get one day’s free skiing if you stay for at least four nights in one of the establishments taking part in the promotion.

The following discounts apply:
* Accommodation: 4 nights for the price of 3 (8 for the price of 6).
* Ski pass: 4 days for the price of 3 (8 for the price of 6).
* Ski school and equipment rental (skis and snowboards) at special prices.

The offer is valid only at the establishments/rental centres/ski schools which are part of the promotion.
N.B.: Last day for accommodation: 22.12.2023
Last day for ski pass: 23.12.2023

To get your free day ski pass and reductions, ask for a voucher where you are staying (if it is part of the promotion).
