When Augusta and Erich Deiaco built the Garnì Piz da l’Ander in 1969, they wanted to create somewhere simple and friendly, so guests could enjoy the beautiful, peaceful landscape that has made Alta Badia such a popular holiday destination.
Over the years the Garnì has been renovated and modernised several times, offering guests rooms and apartments that go above and beyond their expectations. In 2017 Erich and Augusta’s son, Tomas, took over the running of the Garnì with Annelies, and together, with passion and enthusiasm, they have continued the tradition of hospitality which has made the Piz da l’Ander famous for over fifty years. All our apartments and rooms are fully furnished and have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
We have a large private car park, a handy room to store bikes and skis and a covered garage for motorbikes.
